For over a year, I have been planning an investment in Cambodia, closely monitoring media reports, market analyses, and the experiences of people running businesses for many years in this emerging market. I have included some of the mentioned materials in the presentation, which I am sharing above.

Excellent conditions for doing business are noticeable in many sectors of Cambodia's economy. I was particularly drawn to opportunities in the tourism industry—ones that are hard to find on the Old Continent. Lower business operating costs and higher revenues achievable in the right location are the recipe for the success of the project.

For 17 years, I have been involved in the tourism industry, building my experience from a hotel clerk to a general manager or president of a managing company. I also introduced my own subject in tourism and recreation studies to complement students' knowledge about sales channels in the hotel industry. Thanks to these experiences, as well as my education and numerous courses, I am certainly taking full responsibility for managing the COCONUT BEACH RESORT project, in which I am an investor.

I am also a member of business clubs and an international philanthropic organization, LIONS. With the involvement of our club, I plan to continue helping—this time in my new home on the island—by supporting children's education and sports initiatives.

I invite conscious business partners who are not afraid to set new trends and take advantage of the privileged position of being one of the first on the tropical island of KOH RONG, where the sun shines all year round, to cooperate.

Already in February, you will find me on the island, where, together with my team, also belonging to the group of investors, we will ensure the proper progress of the construction of our luxury resort and the business success of the venture. Construction started in January 2024.

I will make every effort to ensure that our cooperation takes place in comfortable conditions, with transparent communication, and in a safe form for each party, as I know that this is just the beginning of our business expansion in Asia!
